Please note that we are currently shipping website orders to the United States only. To ship an order outside the United States, please call 323.466.1028 for assistance with your order. Calls to customer service made between 11:00 a.m. P.S.T. and 4:00 p.m. P.S.T. Tuesday through Sunday will be handled by a customer service representative. All other messages will be answered the next business day.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. Items are available to ship to U.S. only. The maximum number of shipping addresses per order is 3. To place one order with more than 3 shipping addresses, please call Le Petite Retreat day spa business gifts department at our main phone number.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
For orders placed through our website or via our main phone number, shipping rates are as follows:
Standard Shipping Prices:
Ground (3-5 day) $12.00
Ground (2 day) $14.00
Overnight $20.00
US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping - freight charges will be emailed to you.
All amounts are in US Currency.
Please note that we ship orders Tuesday through Friday and are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Returns and Credits:
We try to inform our public about our products so they know exactly what they are purchasing. Due to public safety concerns, we cannot do any product refunds or exchanges. All retail, service sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can use as a spa credit towards retail items.
